survivor controversy

I never really watched the t.v. series before but after hearing and reading a little bit about it i feel that it is going to turn a lot of heads and make a lot of people mad. there used to be just two teams and now there are four, whites, african americans, hispanics, and native americans. The teams are separated by the reace.As far as why they did it, it is probably because after so many years of watching the same tv show with different people it can get pretty boring. The producers needed something that would make people want to watch it even if it was because they were mad or they wern't watching it for the turn out but because they just wanted to see what would happen. The general idea is to get ratings and this was one way that they could do this. put the races against each other and battle it out like chicken fights. I think that this is a bad idea because all it is doing is putting the races against each other trying to prove who is better and all that can lead to is fights which is what will probably bring in more viewers which is what producers want. if their ratings were going down, they should have thought of another idea rather than this racist stuff.
