A Cinderella Story

After viewing this video, I was completely amazed. I knew that this occurred, young teenagers participanting in activities that they are not mature enough for. But the reasons these teenagers were giving were ridiculous. Being bored in Staten Island, is a ludicrous reason. I understand you may feel bored, always being in your hometown, and feeling like there is nothing to do, because you have done it all before. But this is no reason to go around having sex. I have noticed that kids are starting to drink and have sex at even younger ages. The reason for this I have no idea. In the video they mention that they get it from their parents. This could be true, I have no evidence to prove otherwise, but I hope that their parents aren't encouraging them to have sex and drink at such young ages. The argument of this video wasn't very strong, and highly subjective. The producer, was trying to make a certain point and only selected those that fit that mold. All teenagers were from divorced parents, lived on Staten Island, and most were females. They producer was trying to demonstrate that males were the ones that didn't want attachments and wanted to only have sex with females. But this isn't always the case. For a stronger argument, the producer should have had a more diverse group of participants.
