Halloween is the most rewarding holiday of the year. While growing up, the goal is to go out and get as much candy as you could, just to devour it the next day. The transition from back home to a college campus is magnificent. I went to Wal-Mart and actually bought some Sponge Bob Square pants gummies and gum to hand out to all the little kids. My girlfriend and I went around the local neighborhood to realize that no little kids were out. Although, I did happen to see an uncountable number of girls trying to look as hot as possible by wearing little pieces of fabric. It was the biggest shock to be honest. It just shows that just because you have boobs you can walk around with your body out in the open for every person to see. I asked a lot of girls I saw after the weekend about why every girl dresses up like a hooker or slut. It is obvious that the girls thrive on this day to dress as promiscuous as possible to gain the attention of every male specimen with hormones.
It is definitely a form of visual rhetoric because women portray themselves as ‘hookers’ just to express how they want to be seen. There are of course a few men that dress up like women but that is just for the funny laughs. On a more serious note, men leave the stylish looks for the females.
