No Cinderella Story - Remix

After re-examining the video, I think that the creator made it to try and encourage young people to think about what they do. I also believe that the creator links together divorce and casual sex. He does this with the presentation of adolescents and their stories of both sex and divorce. Furthermore, the audience is not just the kids who are engaging in these activities but the parents as well. I think that the creator is trying to show how divorce is going to affect the lives of the kids more than the parents know. I think this because of the way in which the information and interviews are presented. If it were a video made for younger viewers, I don't think that they would be impacted by the fact that these random hookups are happening since the younger viewers are the ones participating in these actions. When parents are made aware of what these kids are getting involved with, the presentation of the fact that it is going on is going to be much more effective on the older viewers who do not know of the activities their sons and daughters are getting involved with. I think that this is a very effective message since kids are getting more and more promiscuous and divorce rates have been steadily rising. Unless something is to happen soon, Cinderella will truly be dead. I really enjoyed this video since I simply was unaware of the problems occuring in today's youth.
