No Cinderella Story 2

In “No Cinderella Story” I think the creator’s target audience are parents and our generation. It seemed in his video that he was trying to show how parents are not connected with their children’s lives and that value or belief that sex was saved for married couples and a treasure has been eliminated. His message is beneficial because he is showing how the values of our generation are going downhill and that something needs to stop this trend. He has a good target audience because our parents instill our values and beliefs, and our generation can learn from his documentary and examine their own lives and values. He shows that the girls and boys in the documentary take sex lightly and not as a commitment. The teens in the documentary explain how they are too bored so they drink and do drugs then have sex with other friends. The creator is showing how something needs to be stopped because teens should not be having sex just because of boredom. He shows his point clearly by demonstrating how parents who are not good role models are affecting their children’s decisions. The teens also make the point that everyone is doing it, and our generation can put a stop to the bandwagon idea and show each other that not everyone is doing it. The documentary was put together well to show the effects of divorce, low parental involvement, and drugs on sex. The video should be shown to more parents and teens and hopefully it can reverse the downhill slope our generation is headed in.
