The overall message anThe origianl purpose the maker of the film No Cinderella Story was trying to convey is that love really doesn't exist anymore among teenagers. People used to get married in their teens and stay married to the same person their whole lives. The film's maker is trying to show the world how teenagers view love now. They're terrified of it, and therefore avoid emotional feelings, but still partake in sex. Sex is no longer love-making, but just a physical act. I'm not sure how this came about, if there was a certain event that caused a chain of reactional events or if this was just something that was bound to happen, but it's no simple matter. Within the next century I'm sure there will be significantly more divorces than successful marriages and pretty soon, people just won't get married at all. Love will be something of the past, something people only talk about in fleeting conversations, not something people look for and work for. As america's teenagers have found out, sex is so much easier than dealing with the hardships and difficulties of relationships. It's so much easier to just "have sex with someone and not think about it the next day". I hope something happens to turn this trend around because wihout love, families will no longer exist, and as much as I love my family and look forward to having my own, I feel that without love, life will have no purpose.
